All is Well Review, Spoiler Revealed
(It's OK. After all, to err is to human)
All is well is a family movie where (Inder) Abhishek Bachchan who is a 2nd Grade NRI wants to be a rock star. The female protagonist is Nimmi (Asin) and she is in the most complicated relationship with Inder. Inder tries to work hard to be an aspiring actor cum rock star by playing guitar. His parents are starred by Rishi Kapoor and Supriya Pathak. The father-son relationship is not at allgood but anyhow Inder managed to go abroad. The most boring start ever where the movie seems to go nowhere near to the interest level of the entertainment to the audience.
All is well Review
Yes, as a climax it is revealed that Rishi Kapoor is in trouble when Cheema (Moneylender)-an idiotic villain having cheap hairstyle asks for money. Thus, Inder’s father have to sell his bakery to compensate for the debt money. Moreover, Pammi (Inder’s mother) is having a disease called Alzheimer and the situation goes worse with Inder’s life. The remaining part of the film is a nice lullaby. The plot is totally lazy and it’s complacency is not quite good to the level. This movie was directed from the same person of movie ‘Oh My God !’but All is Well is a letdown.
The most regretting thing was that the director didn’t used Supriya’s acting in the movie as humorous. She is famous Hansa and she got the award for the best negative role in Ramleela. Rishi Kapoor is more of a classic Pappa character but the brilliancy of these characters faded as it barely focused on them. Meanwhile, Inder isn’t still sure what he is supposed to do with this guitar & it’s like a burden for him to carry a beast and Asin together. The robust script to try to mix so many things made it really disgusting.
To add salt to an injury, the high voltage songs forced the audience to sleep like the famous song ‘Aye Mere Humsafar’ was unplugged so badly that literally made no sense. There was no juice, passion left in the song & also the lyrics were changed too. The Item Song of Sonakshi Sinha ‘Farrate Marke’ is zesty and fun though but a solo item song doesn’t justify the title of the movie. You simply can’t go this movie unless you are a fan of Abhishek Bachchan.
Indiadesh movie critics gave this movie 0.5/5 star based on some of the cool acting by Rishi Kapoor and Supriya Pathak. Do watch this movie if you are a diehard fan of Abhishek & have fun. This movie will be questioned if it survives the box office upto one complete week.
